Resolved

We experienced a service disruption between approximately 20:11 and 20:53 UK time which prevented our platform from receiving some payment notifications from our payment provider. As a result, processing of some transactions was delayed during this period.

The disruption was caused by a spike in malicious traffic targeting API endpoints. This was mitigated by our Web Application Firewall, however the increased load temporarily affected our ability to process inbound events.

Current position
• Services are operating normally.
• Delayed transactions have been processed.
• No unauthorised access or data loss has been identified.

We are reviewing additional measures to further reduce the impact of similar events in future.
